Request for proposals are invited for National Trainer/Consultant to Provide Training on Blended Learning for Primary School Teachers LOCATION Primary Location: Primary School, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Potential for GNC Head Office Space for occasional meetings. DELIVERABLES Expected Deliverables: ToT curriculum ToT lesson plans and teaching materials (i.e. detailed plan for each lesson topic, ex.
