Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Consumables For Office Equipment

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Original Or Equivalent, Brand New, Non-Regenerated Consumables For Office Equipment, Free From Any Signs Of External Damage Or Previous Use. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Consumables Be: Brand New (In The Production Of Which No Previously Used, Supplemented Or Processed Elements Were Used), Of Full Value, Not Regenerated. All Elements Included In The Materials (E.G. Cassette, Photosensitive Drum, Feeding Strip, Collecting Strip, Cleaning Strip, Heating Roller, Pressure Roller, Print Head, Toner, Ink, Ink And Other Items Not Mentioned Above) Must Also Be Brand New, Not Regenerated, Not Fabricated, Not Previously (Originally) Incorporated In Whole Or In Part Into Other Materials (Unused). 2) Consumables Must Have A Performance Not Lower Than That Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Consumables Of The Highest Quality, Meeting All Parameters Specified In The Swz, Full-Value, Compatible With The Equipment For Which Are Intended, Original Or Equivalent. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4) The Technical Parameters Of Equivalent Materials Should Be The Same Or Better Than Those Of The Original Materials. Equivalent Materials Should Be Specified In The Offer Form By Name, Manufacturer, Symbol And Efficiency. 5) Consumables Must Ensure Very Good Print Quality On Any Type Of Paper With A Weight Consistent With The Function Of The Printing Device And Until The Coloring Agent Is Exhausted. The Print Should Be Legible And Clear, Without Streaks Or Smears. The Printing Quality Should Be Correct Until The Coloring Agent Is Exhausted.6) Each Product Must Be Delivered In The Original Packaging And Have On The Outer Packaging: Product Name, Logo And Manufacturers Name, Content Description And Product Symbol, Allowing Identification Without The Need To Damage The Packaging, And Also Have All The Security Features Used By Manufacturers - Holograms And Hermetic Internal Packaging. Both The Packaging And The Product Cannot Be Damaged.7) The Order Includes The Delivery Of Consumables To The Delivery Locations Indicated Below In Point. 5. Swz.8) The Costs Of Transport, Security And Insurance Are Borne By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Ensure Receipt Of The Goods At The Indicated Location.9) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Loss Or Damage Of The Goods Until They Are Collected By The Ordering Partys Representative.10) The Type And Quantity Of Ordered Materials Are Specified. In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form.11) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Contract With Annexes.
