1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Renovation And Construction Works In The Unused Part Of The Primary School In Waleriany And Adapt Them For The Needs Of A Kindergarten. The Place Of Performance Of Renovation And Construction Works Is Waleriany 24, Plot No. 30, Puszcza Mariańska Commune.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: A) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; B) The Architectural And Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz; C) The Technical Design Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz; D) The Bill Of Quantities - Staircase Smoke Extraction Installation Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz;E) Technical Design Of The Staircase Smoke Extraction Installation. Annex No. 14 To Swz.3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Renovation And Construction Works: 1) Works Related To The Demolition Of Wall Fragments, 2) Replenishing Internal Plasters And Leveling Them, 3) Dismantling Plastic Floors And Then Leveling Them And Laying Panels Or Tiles, 4) Replacing Parts Windows And Interior Doors, 5) Erecting Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboard, 6) Painting Walls, Radiators, Window Sills, 7) Dismantling Old And Installing New Balustrades At The Stairs, 8) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water And Sewage System, 9) Replacement Of Electrical Cables, Installation Of Installation Equipment, Switchgear, Grounding, Testing And Measurements Of The Electrical Installation And Grounding Installation, 10) Installation Of A Staircase Smoke Extraction System, 11) Preparation Of A Work Organization Project, Including The Method Of Carrying Out Construction Works, Taking Into Account The Functioning Of The School And Ensuring The Safety Of Students, School Staff And People Third Parties, 12) Preparation Of 1 Copy Of As-Built Documentation For The Ordering Party, Which Will Include All Changes Introduced During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 13) Other Activities Not Listed Above And Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Described In Section 1.4. Taking Into Account The Scope Of Works That Are The Subject Of This Order, The Order In Which The Documents Are Valid Is As Follows: A) Architectural And Construction Design; B) Technical Design; C) Technical Design Of The Staircase Smoke Exhaust System; D) Bill Of Quantities; E) Bill Of Quantities - Staircase Smoke Exhaust System. 5. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out During The Schools Operation And In Its Immediate Vicinity. The Work Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Least Disrupts The Functioning Of The School And Ensures The Safety Of Students, School Staff And Third Parties. Taking Into Account The Safety Of Students In The Investment Area, It Is Recommended To Exclude The Renovated Part From Use And Designate An Outdoor Area To Protect It Against Access By Third Parties. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
