The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Modernization Of The Building Of The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane At Ul. Partyzonów 1/5 In Terms Of The High And Low Parts. Stage Iii - Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Along With Painting: Rooms , Classrooms, Corridors And Staircases.2. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Electrical Installation; 2) Cutting Grooves And Piercing Holes; 3) Installation Of The Switchgear; 4) Installation Of The Plug Socket Installation; 5) Installation Of The Lighting Installation; 6) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures; 7) Installation Of Multimedia Projector Installations; 8) Carrying Out Measurements; 9) Carrying Out Finishing And Painting Works; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 10) Measurements, Tests And Checks Required By Regulations, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed. 3. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Order, Is Obliged To: 1) Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Work Implementation Schedule With The Director Of The Hotel And Tourism School Complex In Zakopane Before The Commencement Of The Works, So As Not To Cause Excessive Nuisance To The Operation Of The School During The Implementation Of The Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz;2) Stwiorb - Annex No. 8 To The Swz - In The Part Containing Sets Of Requirements For The Execution And Assessment Of The Correctness Of Execution Of Individual Works;3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To Swz.Attention!The Ordering Party Informs That The Provided Technical Documentation Should Be Considered Only In The Scope Of Electrical Installation And Painting, While The Other Installations Mentioned Therein Are Not Covered By The Subject Scope Of This Tender Procedure.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Descriptions Of This Tor, Including The Technical Documentation, Include: Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain The Final Effect In The Form Of Construction Works With The Functionality And Purpose Specified In The Swz, And Not To Perform Them Using Materials And Equipment Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications.7. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
