Description Of The Investmentthe Investment Involves The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1239K At Km 1+600 To Km 2+500, For A Length Of 0.9 Km, Together With The Renovation Of The Bridge At Km 1+688 In Biskupice, The Aim Of Which Is To Improve The Conditions Traveling And Restoring The Correct Technical Condition To The Section Of The Communication Route Running Through The Area Of ​​Three Communes In The Miechów Poviat: Gołcza, Charsznica And Miechów. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, In The Miechów Poviat, On A Section Of The Road In The Miechów Commune, Which Is Used Mainly By Local Residents For Everyday Commuting To Work And School And To Handle Official Matters At The Headquarters Of The Poviat And Other Matters In The Miechów Poviat, And Voivodeship Lesser Poland. County Road No. 1239K Connects Directly With Provincial Road No. 783 And Constitutes A Potential Detour In The Event Of A Road Accident On Dw 783. The Implementation Of This Investment Is A Continuation Of The Policy Adopted By Miechów County To Restore The Proper Technical Condition Of The Road Network Districts In Order To Ensure The Safety Of Local Residents And Improve Transport And Communication Conditions. An Important Element Of The Task Is The Renovation Of The Bridge Structure At Km 1+688, Which Allows For The Restoration Of The Proper Technical Condition Of The Engineering Structure Located Along The Road In Question. Improvement Of The Roadside On Both Sides By Hardening With Stone Aggregate And Surface Consolidation With Emulsion Asphalt And Chippings Along The Length Of The Section - 0.9 Km, 6. The Reconstruction Of The Road Will Increase The Comfort Of Travel And Ensure More Efficient And Safer Communication In A Given Area. The Investment Task Will Be Performed Based On The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1239K, Dw 783 - Biskupice - Jaksice - Kamienczyce - Miechów (Ul. Kolejowa), In The Scope Related To The Section Being Implemented. Information Boards: Preparation And Installation Of Information Boards On The Implementation Of The Project From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Content In Accordance With The Project Regulations Template) Other Costs: The Contractor Must Include The Preparation Of A Geodetic Inventory In The Offer Price Post-Construction, All Costs Related To Coordination, Closure Or Exclusion Of Road Traffic.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: A) Design Documentation (Extract From The Construction And Executive Design), B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, C) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, D) Bill Of Quantities. In The Event Of Discrepancies Or Inaccuracies In The Provisions Of Individual Documents Included In The Contract, Documentation Of The Procedure, It Is Assumed That The Data Was Presented Correctly According To The Hierarchy Of Documents Resulting From The Order In Which They Were Listed Above. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are For Informational Purposes Only, Supporting The Valuation Of The Offer. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Procedure Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result. 4. If The Contractor Finds That The Parameters Or National Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz Or Those Translating Into European Or International Standards May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, It Means That They Are Of Such Importance That The Technical Parameters Of The Products So Indicated Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz, It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Opz And To Demonstrate Equivalence By Using Materials Corresponding To The Standard Of The Product Indicated By Name. The Burden Is On The Contractor To Indicate Equivalence. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Separate And Secure The Work Area.7. The Execution Of Works, Partial Acceptance And Organization (Ohs, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) At The Work Site Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations.
