The Order Level Guaranteed By The Ordering Party During The Contract Period: Sending 18,000 Postal Items (Minimum Order Level).12. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Because This Division Would Result In Unjustified Expenditure Of Increased Financial Resources. The Ordering Partys Goal Is To Send Postal Items From The City Hall Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period. Commissioning The Service To One Contractor Will Allow For Better Coordination Of The Ordering Partys Activities And Will Allow For Better Control Of The Order Execution. Dividing The Order Into Lots Would Have An Adverse Impact On Organizational Circumstances, Related To Additional Segregation Of Correspondence, Increasing The Workload And Human Resources. To Sum Up, Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Will Result In An Increased Standard Of Service Performance At Lower Costs For The Commune And Will Protect The Commune Against The Threat Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, Objective And Rational Economic And Organizational Reasons Support Awarding The Contract To One Contractor As A Whole.13. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Regarding Orders For Postal Services.14. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts (Scopes) Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And That The Contractor Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. If The Contractor Does Not Intend To Perform The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Please Enter Not Applicable Or Other Similar Wording In The Appropriate Place In The Table Of The Offer Form. 15. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.
