Rooms For Conference Participants Will Be Available From 9:00 A.M. On June 3, 2024 Until 2:00 P.M. On June 5, 2024. Rooms For All Participants Must Be Located In One Building. - Meals: Breakfast In The Form Of A Buffet, Lunch Served According To A Set Menu , Coffee Breaks According To The Set Menu (On June 3, 2024), - Providing A Place To Organize A Gala Dinner (Approx. 500 M2) For Conference Participants On June 3, 2024 For Approximately 130 People With Music (Dj). - Organization Barbecue Dinner For A Minimum Of 100 People, Barbecue Hut Located On The Hotel Premises, With The Possibility Of Organizing Dinner Regardless Of Weather Conditions.
