1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Interior Of The Reception And Toilets At The Opole Philharmonic. Józef Elsner In Opole, Which Consists Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Modernization Of Rooms On The Ground Floor, Including: Reception (Concierge) With The Entrance Corridor And Communication, Toilets For Disabled People And A Utility Room - Laundry Room And Rooms On The First Floor, In Including A Womens Toilet, A Mens Toilet And A Bathroom With A Shower Along With A Corridor. The Scope Of Works Includes Demolition And Dismantling Works Together With The Management Of Post-Demolition And Post-Assembly Waste (In Particular Sanitary Utensils, Internal And External Doors) As Well As Dismantling Works Of Existing Floor And Wall Coverings Made Of Tiles, Raster Ceilings, Demolition Of Partition Walls And Openings, Floor Panels, Sanitary Installations And Electrical. The Subject Of The Order Will Include New Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Casings And Suspended Ceilings Made Of Plasterboards, Walls Faced With Plasterboards, Laying Wall And Floor Tiles, Painting Works, Delivery And Installation Of Internal Doors With Frames And External Doors, White Assembly With Sanitary Fittings, Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures, Delivery And Assembly Of Custom-Made Furniture And Furniture, Delivery Of Ready-Made Furniture And Equipment.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1A To The Swz (File Folder). 3. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These People And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Have Been Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Subcontractingthe Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Participate In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Intends To Implement The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Companies Of These Subcontractors (In The Content Of The Offer - Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To Swz). If The Contractor Does Not Indicate In The Offer The Part That He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Complete The Order On His Own.5. Guarantee. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Sixty [60] Month Warranty For The Completed Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order. The Manufacturers Warranty Applies To The Delivered And Installed Devices And Accessories, But Not Shorter Than Twenty-Four [24] Months. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than 24 Months, The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, Will Ensure Its Extension To Twenty-Four [24] Months.
