The current permit is due to expire on 30 June 2024. The Dunedin City Council (DCC) wants to partner with one micromobility (e-scooter) rental scheme operator to provide a safe, efficient and sustainable e-scooter rental scheme for Dunedin from 1 July 2024. Interested operators will not be able to operate in Dunedin without the required permit. This is your opportunity to obtain a permit to comply with the Bylaw and operate as the sole provider of an e-scooter rental scheme in Dunedin.
