1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Modernization Of The Primary School In Ostróda At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 22. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Build Additional Classrooms, Cloakrooms And Communication Areas, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) And The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).2. Characteristic Parameters: 1) Building Area Approx. 570 M2, 2) Usable Area Approx. 490 M2, 3) Cubic Capacity Approx. 2500 M3, 4) Single-Story Building Without A Basement With A Flat Roof, Equipped With All Necessary Installations (Consumer Services).3. Scope Of Investment: 1) Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Obtaining The Required Approvals/Permits; 2) Expansion Of The School - The Added Part Will Constitute A Single-Story Complex Of Rooms Functionally And Communicatively Linked To The Existing School, Basic Parameters: A) The Added Part Will Include: 4 Classrooms (Studios) , 3 Bathrooms (Womens, Mens And For The Disabled), 1 Common Room And Communication, B) Traditional Brick Technology, C) Flat Roof, Covered With Felt, D) Gravity Ventilation, E) Heating, Water And Sewage, Electricity And Telecommunications - Connections To Existing School Building, F) Delivery Of Equipment (Including: Loading, Unloading, Carrying And Setting Up/Assembly). 3) Modernization Of The Existing School Building Will Consist In The Reconstruction Of Elements Of The Facility, Enabling The Expansion Of The School With Additional Rooms, Internal Installations (Electricity, Water And Sewerage, Lighting), Partition Walls, Painting.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); 2) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out After The Completion Of The Works And Neighboring Properties Contaminated As A Result Of The Works; 3) Collecting And Submitting To The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, A Set Of Documents (1 Set), Which Will Consist Of: Product Quality Documentation, Documents Certifying The Authorization For Marketing And Use Of The Construction Materials Used , Acceptance Protocols For Disappearing Works And Partial Acceptance Of Works; Commissioning Protocols And Necessary Permits Regarding Devices And Installations Installed Or Constructed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. Additional Information: 1) Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, All Works Should Be Performed In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To People Staying In The Facility, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Facility User And The Ordering Party. Particularly Burdensome Works (Noise, Pollution) Should Be Carried Out In The Afternoon (After 3 P.M.) And On Weekends. While Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Aesthetics And Cleanliness.2) If The Orders Swz Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee The Achievement Of Parameters Technical And Operational Conditions Not Worse Than Those Assumed In Swz.7. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Modernization Of The Primary School In Ostróda. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Divide The Order Into Parts, As Its Size Does Not Constitute An Access Barrier For Smes. At The Same Time, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Pose A Risk To: 1) Proper Performance Of The Contract Due To Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors; 2) Difficulties In Enforcing Warranty Rights After The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Completed.
