The Subject Of The Order Are Stove Works In Premises Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, Which Include The Construction And Reconstruction Of Stoves And Kitchen Cores, Demolition Of Stoves, Construction Of Foundations For Stoves, Replenishing Plasters And Floors, And Wiping Plasters.2. Part 1 Includes Cleaning Works In Premises Located In Buildings Administered By Building Operations Departments 1, 2 And 3 (Oeb 1, 2, 3). 3. Dune Works Will Be Carried Out In The Following Quantities: 1) Construction Of An A-1 Solid-Fire Ceramic Furnace With A Volume Of 0.74 M3 (Based On Knr 2 02 1301-01) - 1 Piece 3) Construction Of Room Furnaces In A Frame With A Volume Of 0, 5M3 (Own Calculation) - 1 Piece 4) Reconstruction Of Stoves Faced With Tiles With A Volume Of 0.74 M3 (Based On Knr 4-01 1001 05) - 19 Pieces 5) Reconstruction Of A Kitchen Core With 2 Walls Faced With Rectangular Tiles With A Volume Of 0.46 M3 (Based On Knr 4-01 1003-02) - 3 Pcs 7) Establishing The K-2 Type Kitchen Core With A Volume Of 0.46 M3 (Based On Knr 2-02 1304-02) - 3 Pcs 8) Laying The Foundations For Stove (Based On My Own Individual Calculation) - 1 Set 9) Demolition Of Stoves Faced With Tiles Along With Filling The Floor Based On Knr 4-01 1011-02 - 11.90 M3 12) Replacing Plasters (Based On Knr 3 0602-01 ) 9 M2 13) Abrasion Of Existing Plasters Within The Furnaces (Based On Knr 4-01 0713-01) 1 M2 The Quantities Indicated Above For Individual Items Are Indicative And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 1. The Order For Each Part Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Individual Orders For The Execution Of Construction Works Issued In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Settled On An As-Built Basis Based On The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer And The Quantity Of Completed And Accepted Works. 2. For Each Part, The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Orders Until The End Of The Contract Period For That Part Or Until The Funds It Intends To Allocate To Finance A Given Part Of The Order Are Exhausted, I.E. Pln 149,987.43 Gross. This Amount Is The Maximum Value Of The Contract For The Implementation Of A Given Part Of The Order And Will Be Entered In 5 Section 3 Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Must Be Ready To Complete The Order At Any Time Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, I.E. It Must Have An Appropriate Number Of People To Start Executing Orders On The Dates Specified By The Ordering Party. 4. Acceptance Of The Works Will Take Place After Each Construction Work Is Completed In A Given Premises. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions For Firing Stoves And Kitchen Hearths And Hand Them Over To The Premises User With Acknowledgment Of Receipt. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Chimney Sweepers Opinion After Completing The Works, The Costs Of Which Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 7. The Cost Of Securing The Room Where Dumping Works Will Be Performed, As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 8. The Warranty Period For Newly Made Stoves And Kitchen Handles Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers, In Accordance With Chapter Xviii, Point 1, Point 2 Of The Swz. However, The Warranty Period For The Installed Devices And Other Stove And Construction Works (Including Rebuilt Stoves And Kitchen Cores, Foundations For Stoves, Plaster And Floor Additions, Plaster Abrasion) Is 36 Months. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents, Including: 2) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Including Stwiorb).
