Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Utility Building At The Community Center In Kamieniec

1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Entitled: Modernization Of The Farm Building At The Community Center In Kamieniec. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Object Or Subject Of The Order In The Instructions For Contractors. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Demolition Works Of Roof Covering Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards; 2) Demolition Works Of The Gable Wall With Foundations; 3) Construction Of New Footings; 4) Opening The Gable Wall; 5) Roofing And Flashings; 6) Installation Of Windows And Doors; 7) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With A Rainwater Tank; 8) Construction Of Electrical Connections And Installations; 9) As-Built Surveying. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Swz And The Contract Template. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications, Arrangements With The Swz, In Accordance With Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice And A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period. 5. The Use In The Technical Specification And Other Documents Of Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Intended Solely To Indicate The Technical And Quality Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Products, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters At Least The Same As Those Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Other Documents. A Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Products Is Obliged To Demonstrate That These Products Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, As Amended). 7. The Ordering Party Informs That At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, It Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer Cost Estimate According To The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit This Offer Cost Estimate Before Signing The Contract.
