Prequalifications are invited for Special Empowerment Program in Agric Business (Fish Farming, Hatching, Smoking and Marketing) for the Youth in Shiroro/Rafi/Munya Federal Constituency, Niger State 4. Submission of Eoi & Prequalification Documents Prospective Bidders are to Submit Eoi/Prequalification Documents for each of the Lot Desired in Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical Bids Packed in Sealed Envelopes and Clearly Marked as Technical Bid or Eoi and Addressed to the Secretary, Tenders Board, Division of Agricultural Colleges, Ahmadu Bello University.
