Tenders Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Personal Computers, Office Equipment, Telecommunications And Audio-Visual Equipment On-Site Support For Electronic Workstations And It Infrastructure

Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Personal Computers, Office Equipment, Telecommunications And Audio-Visual Equipment On-Site Support For Electronic Workstations And It Infrastructure. The Contractor Will Provide On-Site Services According To The Current State Of The Art Through Standardized Services For Decentralized Provision And Support For It-Supported Workplaces As Well As The Management Of Supporting Processes For This. The Contractor Assumes Delivery Responsibility For The Provision And Support Of The Digital Workplace Equipment On Site, Such As Setting Up, Moving, Adding, Changing And Dismantling (Imac-R) Of The Hardware Components Described In This Service Description (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Service Items, Service Objects, Devices). Or It Assets), As Well As The Support Processes Required For This, Such As Warehousing, Asset Management, Order Processing And Repair Services, Each In Accordance With The Specifications Of This Service Description. The Contractor Will Ensure Workplace Support And Lifecycle Management For The Service Items. Since The Clients Personnel Are Employed By The Shareholders And Provided To The Client, The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Also Include The Clients Personnel. Unless Expressly Agreed Otherwise, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Means And Activities Necessary To Provide The Contractual Services (E.G. Tools, Resource Provision). The Contractor Provides All The Professional Tools And Logistics Services Required To Fulfill The Order. The Contractor Shall Provide Sufficient Resources For All Services To Be Provided Under This Agreement. Required Replacements In The Event Of Illness And Vacation Of The Contractors Employees Must Be Insured By The Contractor At No Separate Cost To The Client. Based On The Information Provided By The Client, The Contractor Creates All The Documents Required For Order Processing And Makes These Available To The Personnel Employed By The Contractor. If Obstacles Or Impairments Occur In The Contractors Services That Have An Impact On The Ability To Accept Or Process Orders, Or If The Contractor Has Reason To Expect Such Obstacles Or Impairments To Occur, He Will Inform The Client Immediately In Writing, Stating The Reasons And The Expected Duration Of The Disability. The Contractors Obligation To Provide The Contractual Services Remains Unaffected. The Client Expects The Contractor To Behave In An Informative And Customer-Friendly Manner When Providing All Services Under This Contract. The Client Will Operate As A Registered Company Under Civil Law For The Duration Of The Contract. The Placing Of The Order And The Use Of Services Depend On The Budget Resources Available During The Contract Term
