Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service : Finance and Sub-Grant Management Senior Assistant Roles and responsibilities Assist and support the FSMO in the following areas Review partners annual budget plans and provide feedback/comments. Review and assess partners financial reports. Monitor, track, and analyze individual partners actual expenses against the approved budget. Quality assurance on BARs report from partner: and contact designated partners for all financial-related issues. Coordinate the audit process and follow-up, including filing and archiving project documents; and arranging documents of the designated partner for project/program audits. Conduct financial monitoring of designated partners, both partners office and field. Scan and file partners financial documentation to the partners folder. Other duties Support program in checking and disbursing per-diem to participants and other logistical arrangements. Assist the FSMO in other tasks whenever needed.
