The Contract Works required are: Construction of a stepped down extension to existing Library. Extension to include the opening up of the existing end wall to create an open plan space between the existing library and the new extension with the lowered floor level in the extension creating natural stage between the existing Library and new extension. Some internal and external steps to be constructed to provide access and egress to and from the new extension and existing Library. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site. Contact the School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval and building consent are confirmed.
