The Concept Of A Startup Should Be Understood As A Capital Company Qualified For The Incubation Program Under The Startup Platforms Start In... Project. Order Size And Option Rights: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 100 Sets Of Services (Basic Scope), With The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Order To A Guaranteed Minimum 30 Sets. This Is The Basic Scope Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Use Of The Option Right, Through The Possibility Of Increasing The Order Size In The Event Of Generating Additional Funds, The Option Right Provides For From 1 Set Of Services To A Maximum Of 110 Sets Of Services. 3. The Maximum Scope Of The Order, I.E. Basic Order (100 Sets Of Services) + Order Covered By Option Rights (110 Sets Of Services), May Total A Maximum Of 210 Sets Of Services. The Gross Unit Price Of An Order Covered By The Option Right Is The Same As The Gross Unit Price Of The Basic Order. Contract Implementation Deadline: Up To 41 Months, Starting From July 1, 2024.
