Retrofitting The Building At Al. Komandosów 23 In Warsaw With The Following Installations: Gas, Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Domestic Hot Water, In Accordance With The Attached Designs. Additionally, All Apartments Will Be Equipped With A Dual-Function Furnace, Radiators And Stoves With An Oven (According To The Design). Apartment No. 2 Will Be Equipped With: A Shower Cabin With 80 Cm Semi-Circular Shower Tray; Shower Faucet; Toilet (Compact); A Washbasin On A Pedestal With A Standing Tap; Sink On A Cabinet With A Standing Sink Tap. The Walls In The Bathroom Will Be Finished With Washable Paint. Premises No. 3: The Stove In The Basement Will Be Removed. Premises No. 7: The Faucet Will Be Replaced With A Bathtub And Shower Faucet With A Hand Shower. Premises No. 8: Electric Heaters Will Be Handed Over To The Investor After Dismantling. Premises No. 10 (Outbuilding): After Dismantling, The Electric Heaters Will Be Handed Over To The Investor.
