The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Low-Voltage Power Network, Cable Road Lighting For The District Road In Radawczyk, Niedrzwica Duża Commune.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Geodetic Marking Of Designed Cable Lines And Positions Of Lighting Poles And A Cabinet, 2) Construction Of A Lighting Cabinet With A Control System Powered By The Radawczyk 6 Station, 3) Construction Of A Low-Voltage 0.4 Kv Earth Power Grid For Road Lighting, 4 ) Installation Of Lighting Poles, 5) Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, 6) Performance Of Tests And Measurements, 7) Connection To The Power Grid, 8) Performance Of An As-Built Inventory.4. Road Lighting Fixtures Must Have A Dimming Function Compatible With The Control System Used By The Niedrzwica Duża Commune, I.E. The Cpanet Rabbit Sp. Lighting Control And Monitoring System. Z O. O.5. The Lighting Control Cabinet (Powered By The Radawczyk 6 Transformer Station) Should Be Equipped With A Controller Compatible With The Lighting Control System Used By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Cpanet Rabbit Sp. Lighting Control And Monitoring System. Z O. O.6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Certificate Confirming That There Are No Grounds To Raise An Objection Regarding The Intention To Use It Or To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.7. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.9. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards And Manufacturers Instructions Devices And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.10. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended).11. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Commissioning Must Also Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
