Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Early Support For Childrens Development As Part Of The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life In 2024

Part 1 - Dog Therapy Classes With A Maximum Estimated Duration Of 150 Hours. The Classes Will Be Held At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Room Free Of Charge To Carry Out The Activities That Are The Subject Of This Procedure. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Provide Teaching And Therapeutic Aids Necessary To Complete The Task. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Term Hours Of Provision Of Services Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services To Or For The Child (This Time Does Not Include, For Example, The Time Necessary For The Person Providing Services To Move From One Child To Another, If This Person Provides Services In Several Children In One Day). Travel Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Covered By The Contractor As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, Constituting The Maximum Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Detailed Dates Of The Classes In A Schedule Established Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Participants Of Individual Therapies In Consultation With The Contractor. Classes Will Be Held In Accordance With The Number Of Hours Allocated To The Child, Determined By The Ordering Party According To The Established Class Schedule. Classes Will Be Held On Working Days, Monday To Friday, Between 8:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M., With The Reservation That On Days Free From Teaching And Educational Activities, During Summer And Winter Holidays, Classes May Be Held Until 3:00 P.M. The Service Provided By Each Person Assigned To Carry Out This Order - Hereinafter Referred To As Specialists, Will Be Provided Depending On The Childs Needs For Up To 5 Hours A Week, In Accordance With 1 Section 1 Point. 4 Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of September 5, 2017 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Centers (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1712, As Amended). The Scope Of The Specialists Responsibilities Includes: 1) Providing Parents With Specialized Information Regarding The Childs Development Problems; 2) Providing Teaching And Therapeutic Aids Necessary To Complete The Task; 3) After Appointing Specialists For A Specific Child To The Team, Determining The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Support For The Family; 4) Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Subject To Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions; 5) Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In The Part Intended For Individual Specialists; 6) Assessing The Childs Progress And Difficulties In Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment Hindering His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life; 7) Analyzing The Effectiveness Of The Assistance Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family; 8) Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, 9) Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support.
