Flats Construction Work – General Contractor Services Construction Project Indira-Gandhi-Strasse. The Services To Be Awarded Relate To The Turnkey Construction Of The Construction Project By A General Contractor (Contractor Or Gü) As Part Of A Short Gü Model Based On The Design And Approval Planning Created And Optimized By The Client. The Optimization Refers In Particular To The Optimization Of The Energy Concept. The Building Application Was Submitted In December 2023; The Building Permit According To §34 Is Expected In April 2024, But At The Latest Before The Request To Submit Indicative Offers. Based On The Existing Completed Plans Of Lph 3; Lph 4, The Building Permit As Well As Individual Key Details For Lph 5 From The General Planner (Gp) Commissioned By Howoge (Ag), A Functional Service Description (Flb) And The Negotiations To Be Conducted, A Gü Contract Is To Be Concluded With A General Contractor (An). The Services To Be Awarded Include, As General Contractor Services, All Structural And Technical Construction Services For The Construction Of The Residential Buildings As Well As All Necessary Planning Services In The Affected Service Profiles Of Property Planning, Technical Equipment, Structural Planning And Open Space Planning. In The Area Of ​​The Construction Site For The New Building There Is Currently A Single-Storey Garage Building, Which Will Be Dismantled For The Construction Project By The Ag In The 4Th Quarter Of 2024.
