The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Regular Maintenance On Switches, Replacements And Related Works For The Contracting Authority. They Are In Particular: A. Cleaning Of The Exchanges In The Area Of The Tongues From Mechanical Impurities, Cleaning Of The Grooves Along The Entire Length Of The Exchange, B. Cleaning Of All Technological Cavities In The Area Of The Tongues Of The Exchange, C. Cleaning Of The Holes For The Rods In The Framework Of The Exchange, D. Cleaning The Adjustment Pocket Of The Exchange, E. Cleaning The Areas Of Switch Boxes Of Exchanges (Outside The Vs/Dt Series - Cabinets With A Screwed Lid) And Crown Drainage Boxes Of Exchanges From Mechanical Dirt, F. Lubricating The Sliding Surfaces Of Tongues In Exchanges With The Prescribed Ecological Lubricant, Suitable For The Range Of Operating Temperatures Ordered By The Provider Himself To His Own Weight, G. Carrying Out A Daily Routine Inspection Of All Interchanges According To Ministry Of Transport Decree No. 177/1995 Coll. And Keeping Records Of The Inspection Carried Out, Which Will Be Handed Over Once A Month To An Authorized Employee Of The Customer, H. Reporting Of Detected Defects I. Cleaning (Sweeping) Of The Exchange Area And Its Surroundings, J. In Winter, Cleaning (Sweeping) Of The Exchange Area And Its Surroundings, Including Cleaning Of Snow, De-Icing And Chemical Treatment Of Unheated Exchanges, For Flushing Track Channels And Mountain Inlets In The Number Of 874 Pieces, When The Location Of These Track Channels And Mountain Inlets Is Specified In Their List, Which Is Annex No. 2 And An Integral Part Of This Contract. Each Track Channel And Mountain Inlet Must Be Cleaned In The Above Manner At Least Twice A Year, Based On The Clients Request, And Repeatedly, L. Flushing The Drainage Of Switches. Each Turnout Drainage Must Be Flushed At Least Once A Month, Based On The Request Of The Customer And Repeatedly, Including Lubrication Of Track Arches With Small Radii (Mainly Loops), In A Track Length Of Approx. 200 M Per One Calendar Month In The Period From March To November Of The Calendar Year Based On Customers Request. The Rail Arch Must Be Lubricated With A Suitable Ecological Lubricant, N. Ensuring The Passability Of Switches In The Winter Season By Manually Turning On The Heating According To The Need Or Request Of The Customer, O. Cleaning The Rail Grooves In The Places Of Grease Nipples At The Request Of The Customer P. Ensuring 24-Hour Emergency And Breakdown Service For Switches, Namely Through The Customers Communication Channels, While Each Emergency Must Be Removed No Later Than 6 Hours After It Was Reported, Regardless Of What Time The Emergency Occurred.
