Management Of The Delegated Service Includes Operation, Including In Particular: Maintenance And Monitoring Of Drinking Water Distribution Installations (Works, Networks And Network Accessories, Connections, Meters); Monitoring And Control Of The Quality Of Distributed Water; Search For Anomalies Likely To Disrupt The Proper Functioning Of The Service And The Resolution Of These Situations Within The Limits Defined By The Contract; Carrying Out The Work Charged To The Delegatee By The Contract And Its Subsequent Modifications; Management Of Relations With Service Subscribers; Information And Technical Assistance To The Union To Enable It To Control The Service (Transmission Of Precise And Reliable Data).
