The Assignment Will Be A Contribution To The Ministry Of Local Government And Districts (Kdds) Work To Review Area Investment As A Means Of Action. The Assignment Will Provide Assessments Of And Recommendations On When Area Investment Can Be A Suitable Instrument For Implementing State Policy For Good Living Conditions And What Should Be The Goals And State Involvement In Area Investment. Furthermore, The Assignment Will Provide Assessments And Recommendations On How The Work With Learning, Scaling And The Transfer Of Knowledge And Experience From The Work With Area Initiatives Can Be Organised. Note That The Assignment Shall Not Include The Area Initiatives In Oslo. The Upper Financial Limit For The Assignment Is Nok 1 Million Ex. Vat.
