This Request For Information (Rfi) Is An Opportunity For Prospective Bidders To Provide Information On The Overall Landscape Of The Market Related To Enterprise Information Management (Eim) Products And Services To Help Position An Impending Request For Bids (Rfb) For The Establishment Of A Replacement Vor Arrangement For Related Products And Services. Your Anticipated Feedback Is Seen As Important In Helping Supply Ontario Better Understand The Current And Future Space To Implement A New Contract That Best Captures The Evolving Environment. Scope Of Work By Way Of This Rfi Supply Ontario Is Seeking Input, Including But Not Limited To, On How You Can Contribute To Providing To Our Eim Needs And What Solutions You Can Offer To Help Modernize Our Eim Products And Services. The Government Of Ontario Currently Delivers Enterprise Information Management (Eim) Services Through An Enterprise-Level Document Management Platform That Currently Houses Over 140 Million Documents And Experiences A Weekly Addition Of More Than 250,000 New Documents. The Enterprise-Level Document Management Platform Facilitates Secure Data Sharing Across Ops And Non-Ops Entities, Ensuring Compliance With Ontario Public Service Policy And Legislative Mandates For The Management Of Critical And Highly Sensitive Digital Government Records. It Simultaneously Contributes To The Modernization Of Government Operations By Overseeing The Complete End-To-End Document And Record Lifecycle. These Services Are Available To Non-Ops Entities On An Optional Basis As Well Through The So Vendor Of Record Arrangement Program. Services That Are Currently Being Provided Across Ontario, Including Both Ops And Non-Ops Entities, Include: - Category 1: Records Management, Document Management - Category 2: Electronic Signatures - Category 3: User Management (Authentication & Authorization) - Category 4: Digitization, Data Capture & Optical Character Recognition (Ocr) - Category 5: Intelligent Content Services/File Intelligence - Category 6: Contract Lifecycle Management - Category 7: Professional Services 7A.
