Detailed Scope Of Work: 1) Execution Of All Works Related To The Construction Of External And Internal Natural Gas Installation On The Section From The Cabinet To The Main Tap And Reducer To The Receivers Gas (Boiler, Gas Kitchen) In Residential Premises,2) Purchase And Installation Of 10 Dual-Function Gas Boilers With Flow-Through Domestic Hot Water Preparation With A Maximum Power Of 25 Kw,3) Purchase And Installation Of Air-Combustion Systems For Gas Boilers,4) Execution (Construction ) Gravity Ventilation Ducts, Based On The Design And Chimney Sweepers Opinion, 5) Installation Of Automatic Window Ventilators, 6) Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Installation Of The Gas Installation And Receivers Along With Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts (Breaking Down Walls And Ceilings, Bricklaying, Plastering And Painting), 7) Connecting Gas Stoves And Replacing Nozzles In Existing Gas Stoves For Natural Gas,8) Obtaining The Final Chimney Inspection Opinion After The Assembly Works Have Been Completed,9) Connecting Existing Installations: Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water To Gas Boilers (Installations Brought By Tenants To The Location In Where The Gas Boiler Will Be Installed), Without Distributing Horizontal And Vertical Installations Within The Residential Premises,10) Appointing A Construction Manager And Keeping A Construction Log,11) Obtaining All Consents, Notifications, Acceptances And Installation Tests Required By Regulations, Including The Occupancy Permit,12 ) Commissioning Of Gas Boilers,13) Carrying Out The Necessary Acceptances, Tests, Measurements, Examinations And Inspections,14) Dismantling The Currently Installed Heat Sources Along With Accompanying Works (Bricking Up The Holes Left By The Smoke Ducts, Restoring Plasters And Floors Within The Dismantled Device),15) Inspections Warranty During The Warranty Period.
