Name Of The Order: Spaying And Neutering Of Pets (Bitches, Dogs, Cats, Kittens) Whose Owners Live In The Commune Of The City Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki And Sterilization, Neutering And Marking Of Free-Living Cats And Female Cats In The Commune Of The City Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Veterinary Services For Animals From The Commune Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki. Part 1 Of The Order: Castration Of Bitches And Dogs Whose Owners Live In The Commune Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki, In An Animal Treatment Facility Located In The Commune Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki. 3. Scope And Quantity Of The Order: Part 1 Of The Order: 1) The Number Of Treatments Will Be 120 Castration Treatments For Female Dogs, 20 Abortion Castration Treatments For Female Dogs, 50 Castration Treatments For Dogs Whose Owners Live In The Commune Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki In An Animal Treatment Facility Located In Municipalities City Of Tomasz w Mazowiecki. 2) The Service Will Consist Of A Castration Procedure And Providing A Collar Or Jacket, As Well As Veterinary Care In The Post-Treatment Period And A Follow-Up Visit. 3) Due To The Nature Of The Order And The Actual Level Of Interest Of Persons Entitled To Use The Veterinary Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Minimum Number Of Performed Castration Procedures That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Not Be Less Than 40% Of The Value Indicated In Point 1, I.E. 48 Treatments Castration Of Female Dogs, 8 Castration Procedures For Abortion Females And 20 Castration Procedures For Dogs.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Part Iv Of The Swz - Constituting Its Annex (Separately For Each Part Of The Order).
