The Subject Of This Order Is Provision Of Services Related To The Organization And Conduct Of Early Child Development Support Classes Under The Government Program For Life In Order To Ensure The Implementation Of The Tasks Of A Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center In 2024. The Subject Of The Service Is The Implementation Of Administrative Tasks. Government, Resulting From The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life, Constituting An Annex To Resolution No. 189 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 27, 2021. Amending The Resolution On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life (M.P. Of 2022, Item 64), Hereinafter Referred To As The Program, In The Scope Of: Ensuring The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center In The Poviat Area, Specified In Article 90V Section 4 Of The Act Of September 7, 1991 On The Education System And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 30, 2023 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Centers (Journal Of Laws, Item 1801). Resulting From Task 2.4 Multi-Faceted And Comprehensive Assistance To A Disabled Child From The Age Of 0 To Starting School And His Family. Part 1 - Speech Therapist/Neuro-Language Pathologist Number Of Hours - 516 Hours Required Qualifications: A) Completed Masters Or Postgraduate Studies In In The Field Of Speech Therapy, Neurospeech Therapy; B) Has Pedagogical Preparation; C) Has At Least 2 Years Of Professional Experience In Working With A Child With Speech Development Disorders And Working With A Disabled Child; Providing Services Related To Conducting Early Child Development Support Classes By A Speech Therapist/Neurologist. To The Tasks Of A Speech Therapist/Neurologist Will Include: - Developing And Implementing, Together With The Child And His Or Her Family, An Individual Early Development Support Program, In The Part Intended For A Speech Therapist/Neurologist, - Assessing The Progress And Difficulties In The Childs Functioning, Adapting Therapy To His Or Her Individual Needs, - Cooperation With Other Specialists Working With The Child To Provide Him With Comprehensive Development Support, - Participation In Team Meetings (At Least Twice A Year) To Analyze The Effectiveness Of The Help Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family, Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support, - Providing Services In Accordance With With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And Maintaining Documentation, Number Of Hours Under Part 1: In 2024 - Max. 516 Hours (Five Hundred And Sixteen Hours).
