Tenders Are Invited For Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Service Premises Into An Audiovisual Studio With A Ramp For Disabled People.

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Service Premises Into An Audiovisual Studio With A Ramp For Disabled People In Przem t At Ul. Powsta c w Wielkopolskich 1 And 3.3.2. The Investment In Question Is Aimed At Rebuilding And Changing The Use Of A Service Premises Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Into An Audiovisual Room And Adapting It To The Needs Of Disabled People By Ensuring Accessibility And Constructing Sanitary Facilities Adapted To The Needs Of People With Limited Mobility. The Existing Sales Room Is Planned To Be Transformed Into An Audiovisual Room Equipped With A Virtual Shooting Range System And Multimedia Equipment Such As A Projector, Screen, Virtual Whiteboard Along With A Buffet Area And Space For Storing Spare Tables And Chairs. There Is An Option To Divide The Room Into Two Smaller Parts With A Mobile Wall. In Place Of One Sanitary Room And The Back Of The Sales Floor, Changes Are Planned In The Division Of Rooms In Order To Separate Womens And Mens Sanitary Facilities Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. An Additional Utility And Storage Room Is Also Planned. In Connection With The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Install Technical Elements On The Roof Related To The Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation And To Make Supply And Exhaust Openings In The Gable Wall Of The Building. Heating The Audiovisual Studio With Air Conditioners. Due To The Need To Ensure Accessibility For Disabled People, It Is Planned To Reconstruct The External Stairs And The Entire Entrance Terrace, As Well As Build A Ramp For The Disabled. Due To The Above, The Stairs At The Planned Ramp Must Be Rebuilt While Maintaining Their Minimum Width Of 120 Cm. 3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Terrace Of A Service And Educational Building In Przem t.3.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of The Facade Walls Of A Service And Educational Building In Przem t.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Prepared By: Sp Struktura Inwestycje Budowlane Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Przestrzenna 48/1, 50-533 Wroc aw - Annex No. 9 To Swz.3.6. The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.3.7. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory.3.8. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Making All Required Notifications/Acceptances By Relevant Organizational Units/Services (E.G. Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Fire Brigade, Chimney Sweep) In Order To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility Being The Subject Of The Investment, Along With Preparing An Application For Obtaining A Permit To Use With The Appropriate Annexes Resulting From Construction Law (Including Energy Certificate). 3.9. The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of A Virtual Shooting Range Along With Complete Equipment And A Starter Kit Of Consumables, Including The Assembly Of Elements Of The Virtual Shooting Range System And Its Launch, Configuration, And Instruction In The Operation And Operation Of Devices And Equipment, Making Up The Complete Virtual Shooting Range Shooting Set.3.10. The Multimedia System And Laser Weapon Stimulators Included In The Virtual Shooting Range Must Meet The Following Conditions: Have A Document - Ce Declaration Of Conformity For A Product Introduced Or Made Available On The European Economic Market, Confirming The Compliance Of The Product With The Requirements Contained In The Provisions Of The New Approach Directive In The Scope Of Directives Corresponding To The Products Structure . The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works On The Facade Of The Building And In The Building Itself, Which Houses Commercial Premises And The School Complex In Przem t, Therefore The Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Takes Into Account The Need To Maintain The Safety Of People Staying Outside And Inside The Building And Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The School Complex. In Przem t And Continuity Of Commercial Activities Of The Premises Located On The Ground Floor Of The Facility That Is The Subject Of The Order.3.13. The Contractors Obligations Include Carrying Out All Possible Tests And Incurring Related Costs, As Well As Preparing A Traffic Organization Project And Installing And Maintaining Signage For The Duration Of The Works.
