Part 1: Art Therapy Classes As Part Of The Workshops, The Contractor Will Familiarize Participants With A Form Of Therapy Called Art Therapy - Therapy Through Art That Uses Various Forms Of Artistic Expression Such As Sculpture, Painting, Dance, Music. The Classes Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Group Workshops In Day Support Facilities Located In The Ma ogoszcz Commune, In The Following Locations With The Number Of Class Participants Specified Below: Ma ogoszcz - 16 People, Z otniki - 20 Le nica - 16. The Classes Will Be Conducted On Average Once A Week According To The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party After Signing. Contracts. Class Hour = 60 Minutes. Time Dimension (Total): 576 Hours (192 Hours In One Pwd), However, The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of Interest From The Project Participants And In The Event Of Financial Savings In The Project, The Time Dimension (Total Number Of Hours) May Be Changed, Which Will Be Confirmed By An Annex To The Contract With The Contractor. If The Time Limit Is Increased, The Unit Price Per Hour Of Classes Cannot Be Higher Than The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. Implementation Period: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2025. The Price Included In The Offer Form Must Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Cover The Costs Of The Contractors Travel To The Place Of Service. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Classroom, Necessary Equipment And Supplies For The Classes. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Strictly Apply The Guidelines On The Eligibility Of Expenses Under The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For The wi tokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027, In Particular Regarding The Maximum Allowable Limit Of Professional Involvement.
