Tenders Are Invited For Providing Sanitary And Medical Transport Services To The Spzoz Psychiatric Hospital In Węgorzewo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitary And Medical Transport Services By The Contractor To The Psychiatric Hospital Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Węgorzewo, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, In The Scope Of 24-Hour Sanitary Transport On All Days Of The Month, During The Entire Duration Of The Contract - However, For Sanitary Transport Means The Transport Of Persons Or Biological Materials And Materials Used To Provide Health Services Requiring Special Transport Conditions, In Accordance With Art. 5 Point 33A Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 146), By Appropriate Ambulances And By Personnel With Appropriate Qualifications, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party.2. Sanitary Transport Services Include: 1) Transport Of Patients To Another Health Care Facility In Order To Continue Treatment (Including Patients In A Life-Threatening Condition), 2) Transport Of Patients Who Require Consultation With A Specialist Or A Diagnostic Test In Another Health Care Facility, 3) Transport Of Patients Unable To Use Public Transport To Their Place Of Residence After The Completion Of The Ordering Partys Treatment.3. Sanitary Transport Referred To In Section 1 And 2 Will Be Carried Out Using The Following Means Of Transport Provided By The Contractor: 1) Specialist S Type Ambulance: A) Specialist Team Composed In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1541, As Amended), I.E.
