Request for proposals are invited for Technical Support Unit The consulting firm shall provide the following key support functions: 1. Coherent and streamlined delivery of Partner activities in line with the strategies, objectives and working practices set by the FMU. 2. Comprehensive stakeholder engagement. The TSU, alongside State Coordinators, and Fund Management will drive wider stakeholder engagement for SSF III in Somalia and in the region, crowding in analysis, advice, and feedback from partners. 3. Increased quality and process of intervention ideas generation. Improved and increased analysis of context, engagement with stakeholders and introduction of global experience to generate ideas for interventions that deliver against the mission of SSF III. 4. Timely and high-quality project proposal submissions. Project proposals meet quality expectations in terms of problem definition, intervention description, risk analysis and other required elements. Project proposals require fewer feedback loops to reach satisfactory standard. Project proposals are delivered faster. 5. Robust Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks. Implementation of SSF IIIs Monitoring and Evaluation framework in close coordination with the Knowledge Management Unit; and the production of high-quality reports that provide quantitative and qualitative assessment of intervention progress and results.
