Other Sources Of Energy Supplies And Distribution Public Service Concession Relating To The Financing, Design, Construction And Operation Of A Hot And Cold Network Supplied By The Recovery Of Calories On The Sanitation Networks At The Outlet Of The Aquaviva Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Concessionaires Main Missions Will Be: Carrying Out The Initial Work To Create The Heat And Cold Network If Necessary; Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance, Major Upkeep And Renewal Of Network Installations; Production And Distribution Of Heat And Cold Where Applicable To Subscribers; The Commercial Operation Of The Heating And Cooling Network Via The Management Of Contractual Relations With Subscribers And The Invoicing And Recovery Of Rates From Subscribers For The Services Provided. To Facilitate The Control Of The Commitments Made And Allow The Delegating Authority To Have A Single Legal Entity As Its Sole Contact, The Delegate Undertakes To Create, No Later Than Three (3) Months After The Date Of Notification Of The Contract, A Company Whose Sole Corporate Purpose Will Be The Execution Of This Contract.
