Tenders are invited for National Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant The RCIP - MRD now invites expressions of interest from the eligible and quahfied candidate with the minimum qualification as follow: Bachelor degree majority in Environmental Management, Statistics and/or Database Management or related discipline; At least 5 years working experience in monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure implementation projects preferably on roads, bridges, and other rural infrastructure. Strong data collection, processing and analytical skills. Has demonstrated experience with setting up M&E, DMF and MIS systems and procedures in projects funded by international donor agencies; Working experience with Ministry of Rural Development and/or Ministry of Public Works and Transport would be preferable. Knowledge of Geo-enabled MIS and use of GIS for project M&E would be an advantage. Highly proficient in both written and oral communication in Khmer with good knowledge of written and spoken English.
