Request For Proposal (Rfp) To Result In Regional And/Or National Contract Solutions Under The Rules And Regulations Of The New West Partnership Trade Agreement (Ceta) For This Procurement, Canoe/Sourcewell Is Requesting Proposals For Elevators, Escalators, And Moving Walks With Related Equipment, Services, And Supplies To Result In A National Contracting Solution For Use By Its Members.Members Include Thousands Of Governmental, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Not-For-Profit, Tribal Government, And Other Public Agencies Located In Canada. Generally, A Turn-Key Solution Is Most Desirable To Sourcewell And Its Members, However, It Is Not Mandatory Or Required.The Primary Focus Of This Solicitation Is On Elevators, Escalators, And Moving Walks With Related Equipment, Services, And Supplies. This Solicitation Should Not Be Construed To Include:Pool Or Physical Therapy Lifts; Andservice Or Parts-Only Solution.This Solicitation Does Not Include Those Equipment, Products, Or Services Covered Under Categories Included In Pending Or Planned Sourcewell Solicitations Or In Contracts Currently Maintained By Sourcewell, Identified Below:Vehicle Lifts, With Garage And Fleet Maintenance Equipment (Rfp #121223); Andfacility Mro (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), Industrial & Building Supplies With Related Equipment, Accessories (Rfp #091422).The Term Of Any Resulting Contract(S) Awarded By Sourcewell Under This Solicitation Will Be Four Years. Sourcewell And Supplier May Agree To Up To Three Additional One-Year Extensions Based On The Best Interests Of Sourcewell And Its Participating Entities.
