Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Award With This Order Is Delivery, Implementation, Training And Warranty Support Of A Centralized Automated Information System For Administrative Activities Of The Customs Agency. 2. Specific Positions No Separate Positions Are Foreseen. According To Art. 187, Para. 4 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Provide Reasons For The Impossibility Of Dividing Individual Items Of The Order. 3. Estimated Value The Estimated Value Of The Order, Determined In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 2 And 3 Of The Zop As Of The Date Of Its Opening And In Compliance With The Rules Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Civil Code And Art. 27 Of Ppzop, Is In The Amount Of Bgn 98,000.00 (Ninety-Eight Thousand) Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is The Maximum Financial Resource That The Employer Can Provide For Its Implementation. The Price Offered By The Participants For The Execution Of The Order Cannot Exceed The Specified Maximum Financial Resource For The Execution Of The Order. Offers Containing A Price Proposal For The Execution Of The Order That Exceeds The Published Estimated Value Of The Order, Respectively The Maximum Financial Resource For The Execution Of The Order, Will Be Proposed For Removal, Due To Non-Compliance With This Previously Announced Condition. Offered Prices Must Be Offered In Bgn Excluding Vat, Rounded To The Second Decimal Place. The Same Should Include All Costs Of The Contractor Related To Quality And Timely Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. In This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Takes Advantage Of The Opportunity Provided By Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And Will Award The Present Public Procurement According To The Individual Value. The Total Value Of The Similar Activities For Which The Customs Agency Plans To Announce And Conduct An Open Public Procurement Procedure In 2024 Amounts To Over Bgn 8,000,000 Excluding Vat. Given That The Supply, The Subject Of The Award In This Public Procurement, Represents An Independent Separate Item, The Estimated Value Of Which Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Procurement, Then On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Same Will Be Awarded According To The Individual Value, Namely By Collecting Offers With An Advertisement.
