Tenders are invited for Tai Po Arts Center Property and Facility Management Services The Hong Kong Arts Development Council now invites property and facility management companies with relevant experience to submit tenders for the above services. Tai Po Arts Center is located on On Bang Road, Tai Po. It is a performing arts center with various types of short-term rental facilities and art studios. The contract mainly covers services such as property management, security, cleaning and facility maintenance. The service contract is expected to start in August 2024. The service period is divided into two phases. The first phase lasts for 20 months and 18 days, and the second phase is optional. The two-phase service contract period totals three years. The bidding documents can be obtained from this Bureau starting from March 6, 2024. Tenderers must seal the completed tender together with the required documents and deposit it at the Bureaus office (Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang ) before 6:00 pm on April 8, 2024 (Monday).
