Jarosław Iwaszkiewicza In Twardogóra 1.Description Of The Existing Conditionthe Facility In Which The Boiler Room Is Located Is An Existing Teaching Building Of The Secondary School Complex. The Boiler Room Supplies Heat To The Teaching Building And The Gymnasium, As Well As The Entire Building With Hot Water. The Existing Low-Temperature Gas Boiler Room Is Equipped With A De Dietrich Low-Temperature Boiler Made By Remeha Gas 450/17 With A Power Of 320 Kw. A Hydraulic System With A Boiler Pump, Hydraulic Coupling And A Pressureless Central Heating Distributor Was Installed. And Mixers And Pumps Mounted On Manifolds. Due To The Wear And Tear Of The Equipment And Their Poor Technical Condition, As Well As In Order To Reduce The Emission Of Harmful Substances Into The Environment And Improve The Efficiency Of The Boiler Room, A Decision Was Made To Modernize It. 2. Description Of The Designed Conditionthe Designed Condensing Boiler Room Will Be Equipped With A Boiler Cascade Consisting Of Three Condensing Boilers With A Total Rated Power Of Min. 321 Kw (80/60 °C) Equipped With Three Boiler Units On A Common Frame, A Common Supply And Return Collector, A Common Gas Supply Pipe And A Chimney System. The Cascade Set Will Be Terminated With A Hydraulic Coupling, Which Is A Component Of The Cascade, With A Hydraulic Crossover Function In Order To Eliminate The Influence Of The Heating Circuit Hydraulics On The Boiler (Primary) Circuit. Each Cascade Boiler Will Be Factory-Equipped With Shut-Off Valves (Supply, Return, Gas), A Modulated Boiler Pump, A Safety Valve And The Necessary Safeguards. After The Hydraulic Coupling, The Cascade Will Be Connected To The Existing Building Manifold, Where Shut-Off Valves, Mixing Valves With Actuators, Electronic Pumps And Measuring Fittings Will Be Replaced. Temperature Of The Heating Medium For The Central Heating System. In The Teaching Building And Gymnasium Will Be Determined By Three-Way Mixing Valves With An Electric Drive, Controlled By Weather Automation As A Function Of External Temperature And Time. In The Guidelines, The Investor Should Provide The Operating Time At Comfort Temperature, The Assumed Comfort Temperature And The Medium Temperature During The Limitation Of Heat Supply For Individual Circuits. The Circulation Of The Heating Medium In Both Central Heating Systems Will Be Forced Using Upe Series Electronic Pumps. The Circulation Of The Heating Medium In The Heater Coil Will Be Ensured By A Circulation Pump With A Capacity That Ensures Proper Operation Of The Heater. The Operating Hours Of The Hot Water Preparation System Will Be Programmed In The Weather Automation Controller In Accordance With The Users Recommendations. Thermomanometers Should Be Installed At The Supply And Return Outputs Of Individual Systems, As Well As On Manifolds And Before Boiler Pumps, To Enable Control Of The Operation Of The Boiler Room Hydraulics.
