1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Necessary Renovation Works Of The Exhibition Center Part Of The Dohn Palace In Morąg. The Subject Of The Contract Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Object Or Subject Of The Order2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Task I: A) Construction Works On The Second Floor Of The Central Part Of The Palace: - Comprehensive Construction Of New Parquet Floors In The Rooms. 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12: Demolition Of Existing Layers For The Ceiling Structure; Removing Unevenness On The Ceiling; Execution Of Technological Layers, Among Others Foil And Acoustic Insulation With A Minimum Of 2 Cm. Polystyrene, Concrete Floor Reinforced With Welded Steel Mesh (Wire Diameter 2.5 Mm, Bar Spacing 150X150 Mm), Oak Parquet Floors With The Color Of The Parquets In The Northern Wing And Dimensions 22 X 50 X 350 Mm In A Mosaic Arrangement (Squares In Diamonds) ); Making New Oak Skirting Boards, Profiled, Made According To The Drawing; Oiling Twice (Oil-Wax). The New Parquet Floors Are To Continue The Ordinate Of The Floor In The K1 Staircase (Which Means That The Thickness Of The Polystyrene Is To Be Adapted To The Conditions And Enable A Threshold-Free Connection Of The Parquet Floors With The Ordinate Of The K1 Staircase, It Is To Be A Minimum Of 2 Cm, And If Possible, It Should Be Greater), - Widening Door Openings Between Rooms 3.12 And 3.9, 3.11 And 3.9, 3.10 And 3.9, With Plaster And Painting Finish. Dismantling The Door Between The Rooms. 3.10 And 3.8, - Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings Of The Room. 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12: Local Replacement Of Plasters (In Places Of Possible Voids, Moisture And Salinity From Before The Roof Renovation In 2022-2023); Installation Of New Ventilation Grilles In Existing Places; Preparing The Surface For Painting, Including Removing Paint Layers If Necessary; Leveling Plasters In Places Requiring It (Post-Installation Grooves) With Materials That Maintain A Uniform Appearance Of The Texture Of Old And New Plasters; Painting With Lime Paints In Intense Colors According To The Drawing (For Information Purposes, The Ordering Party Provides, On The Projections Specifying The Scope Of The Investment, The Numbering Of Selected Colors According To The Keim Pattern Available To The Museum, Which Have So Far Been Used For Painting Works And Are Intended To Indicate The Color Palette For Other Materials Used By Contractor), - Execution Of Electrical Installation Of Plug Sockets: Three Circuits With Sockets According To The Drawing, N2xh 3X2.5 Cable, In The Floor Under The Parquets, In Conduit-Type Installation Channels, And In Wall Grooves (Under Plaster), With Connection To The Existing Re2 Floor Switchgear (Switchboard Allows Expansion Of These Three Circuits), B) Construction Works On The First Floor Of The Central Part Of The Palace: - Renovation Of The Current Parquet Floors In The Room. 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12: Sanding, Sealing/Puttying And Gluing In Places Requiring It, Making New Oak Skirting Boards, Profiled, Made According To The Drawing, Two-Time Oiling (Oil-Wax). Opaquely Painted Doors (In Color, With Handles And Fittings Like Other Internal Joinery From The 2022-2023 Renovation), C) Construction Works On The Ground Floor Of The Central Part Of The Palace: - Painting The Walls Of The Room. 1.12 With Lime Paints In Intense Colors According To The Drawing (For Information Purposes, The Ordering Party Provides, On The Projections Specifying The Scope Of The Investment, The Numbering Of Selected Colors According To The Keim Pattern Available To The Museum, Which Have So Far Been Used For Painting Works And Are Intended To Indicate The Color Palette For Other Materials Used By Contractor), - Dismantling And Making And Installing New Wooden Double Doors In The Passage Between The Rooms. 1.12 And 1.14, With Connection To The Existing Access Control System Installation, Opaquely Painted (In The Same Color, With Handles And Fittings As Other Internal Joinery From The 2022-2023 Renovation), - Dismantling Door Frames In The Passages Between The Rooms. 1.10 And 1.7, 1.10 And 1.11, 1.10 And 1.12, Widening Of The Opening Between 1.10 And 1.7, With Plaster And Painting Finish. Dismantling The Door And Making And Installing A New Single-Leaf Door Between The Rooms. 1/10 A 1.11, With Connection To The Existing Access Control System Installation. Opaquely Painted Doors (In The Same Color, With Handles And Fittings As Other Internal Joinery From The 2022-2023 Renovation), 2) Task Ii: A) Comprehensive Execution Of Oland Limestone Floors, Arranged In A Diamond And Checkerboard Pattern, In The Rooms. 1.10, 1.7 And 1.9, Including The Execution Of Technological Layers And The Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Retaining Structure For The Future Balustrades And Glass Floor, As Well As The Construction Of A Beam - The Support For The Future Stairs To The Basement 0.2, According To The Design From 2023 By The Author. Studio Format M.Eng. Arch. Agata Wojciechowska-Grygo, With Wooden, Oak Skirting Boards, Profiled, Oiled, Made According To The Drawing. The Museum Has 234 Pieces Of Stone Slabs Measuring 0.4X0.4 M (A Total Of 37.44 M²). Finally, Impregnation Of The Completed Floor, Enabling Ongoing Operation (Use) In Accordance With The Facilitys Intended Use As A Museum. In The Room 1.7 And 1.9 The Existing Floor Was Demolished, In The Room 1/10 The Current Terrazzo Floor Needs To Be Demolished. The New Floors Are To Continue The Ordinate Of The Floor In The Staircase Of The Northern Wing (K1). Archaeological Supervision Should Be Provided For The Works Related To The Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Retaining Structure For The Future Balustrades And Glass Floor, B) Connecting The Electrical Installation From The Main Switchboard (Rg) On The Ground Floor Of The Staircase Of The Northern Wing (K1), Cable N2xh 3X2.5, To The Historic Sewer, Under The Floor And At The Access To The Floor 1.7 From The Switchgear, Flush-Mounted, According To The Design From 2023. Studio Format M.Eng. Arch. Agata Wojciechowska-Grygo (Without Distributing The Installation Along The Channel And Without Installing The Luminaires), C) Conservation Works On The Brick Floor Of The Room. 1.8: Relocation Of Movable Floor Fragments To The Appropriate Surface; Conservation Of Parts Of The Floor That Can Be Preserved; Filling The Floor Gaps With A Properly Selected Brick (With The Right Dimensions, Color, Texture, Density); Grouting The Floor; Color Blending; Construction And Installation Of A Balustrade Around The Opening To The Basement, According To A Design From 2023 By Studio Format M.Eng. Arch. Agata Wojciechowska-Grygo; Finally, Impregnation Of The Brick Floor After The Work, Enabling Ongoing Operation (Use) In Accordance With The Facilitys Intended Use As A Museum. Conservation Materials Selected In Terms Of Technical Parameters For The Substrate Being Preserved. The Work Is To Be Supervised By A Conservator Of Works Of Art With Appropriate Education And Experience For The Type Of Work, D) Conservation Work On The Walls And Vaults Of The Room. 1.8: Cutting Contemporary Plasters; Conservation Of Original Plasters If Any Are Discovered After Chipping Away The Plasters And Filling In Any Defects In The Original Plasters To An Aesthetically Consistent Layer; Merging New Plasters With The Old Ones Or - If The Original Plasters Have Not Been Preserved - Applying Thin-Layer Plasters On The Entire Surface; Painted With Lime Paints. Conservation Materials Selected In Terms Of Technical Parameters For The Substrate Being Preserved. The Works Are To Be Supervised By A Conservator Of Works Of Art Appropriate In Terms Of Education And Experience For The Type Of Work, E) Construction Of A Brick Floor In The Basement 0.2 (Under Room 1.8) On Layers: Concrete Base, Lean Concrete 10 Cm, Heat-Welded Felt, Screed 7 Cm, With Mounting Of Installed Floor-Type Fixtures. The Museum Has 436 Pieces Of Floor Bricks With Dimensions Of 0.135X0.285 M (A Total Of 16.7751 M²), The Fixtures Are Prepared To Be Embedded In The Floor. The Existing Floor Layers Have Been Dismantled And The Room Is Ready For New Flooring On Technological Layers.
