3. Part 1 Renovation And Conservation Of The Statue Of St. Jan Nepomucen In Różanka”3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Conservation Of A Baroque Stone Sculpture Of St. John Of Nepomuk On A Pedestal, In A Stone Fence. 3.2. The Scope Of Work Includes Technical And Aesthetic Conservation Of The Polychrome Stone Sculpture Of Saint. Jan Nepomucen With A Plinth And A Stone Fence, As Well As A Reconstruction Of The High Artistic Value Of The Object. Repairing The Foundation Of The Sculpture Balustrade. It Is Advisable To Fill In The Gaps, Especially Around The Neck Of Saint Nepomuceno And The Missing Arm Of The Crucifix; It Is Suggested To Make Flasks - Stone Inserts From A Similar Sandstone.3.3. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Potential Contractor Inspect The Subject Of The Contract On-Site Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Equipment, Tools And Materials To Complete The Order On Its Own. 3.6. The Investment Is Scheduled For Co-Financing From The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments In Accordance With The Preliminary Promise No. Rpoz/2022/9764/Polskilad Of July 25, 2023 For The Implementation By The Międzylesie Commune Of The Task Renovation And Conservation Of The Statue Of St. Jan Nepomucen In Różanka.3.7. The Work Must Be Performed Only Using High-Quality Materials, Intended For Work On Monuments And Adapted To The Subject Of The Order. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Bidders Are Obliged To Present A List Of Materials (Type Of Material, Manufacturer And Marking Allowing The Material To Be Clearly Identified) That They Plan To Use In Carrying Out The Works.3.8. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, It Is Added That The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Use Of Materials From Specific Manufacturers, And Will Only Examine The Qualitative Values ​​Of The Proposals And Their Adaptation To The Subject Of The Order.3.9.
