The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, Employs, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Providing Work Related To The Performance Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order. The Type Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is The Analysis Of Materials Obtained From Geodetic And Cartographic Resources, Including Testing The Reliability Of These Materials And The Scope And Manner Of Their Use In The Scope Of The Order.6. Detailed Method Of Documenting The Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1, The Contracting Authoritys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1, And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, The Type Of Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Which Apply To The Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order, Are Included In The Draft Contract.
