The Delivery Will Be Collected After Prior Arrangement During The Working Hours Of The Rozprza Road District, I.E. Monday - Friday, 7:00 – 15:008. Each Batch Of Material Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Checked By The Ordering Partys Representative Or A Person Designated By Him. Confirmation Of Each Delivery Will Be Evidence Of The Issuance Of The Wz Together With A Weight Printout, Issued Each Time By The Contractor For The Delivery Of A Given Part Of The Order, Confirmed By The Ordering Partys Representative. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Selectively Check The Weight (Tonnage) Of The Ordered Part Of The Delivery Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. In The Event Of Poor Quality Of The Emulsion, The Ordering Party Will Order A Quality Test And Issue A Decision. The Costs Of This Test Will Be Covered By The Ordering Party Or The Contractor, Depending On The Test Result. If The Test Shows That The Quality Of The Emulsion Does Not Meet The Adopted Standards, Then The Test Costs Are Covered By The Contractor.9.
