Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Conducting Workshops For Students, Developing Their Talents And Skills In The Field Of Cad/Cam/Cnc Computer-Aided Design And Production - Divided Into 3 Tasks.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting Stationary Workshops For A Minimum Of 6 And A Maximum Of 7 Students, Developing Their Talents And Skills In The Field Of Design And Computer-Aided Production - Cad/Cam/Cnc In The Profession Of Electronics.2. The Workshops Will Be Carried Out For 1 Group, In A Cycle Of A Maximum Of 43 Workshop Meetings, Including: A) A Maximum Of 24 Meetings In 2024, B) A Maximum Of 19 Meetings In 2025, - In The Amount Of: A Maximum Of 6 Teaching Hours/Each Workshop Meeting (1 Hour .Didactic = 45 Min).3. Workshop Meetings Can Only Be Held On Saturdays (Excluding Holidays, Summer Holidays And Winter Breaks).4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Carrying Out Workshops On Other Days And Within A Different Range Of Hours - Only After The Acceptance Of These Dates By The Ordering Party.5. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party (After Prior Agreement With The Contractor), Each Time By The 15Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month In Which The Service Is Scheduled For Implementation. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Workshop Program To The Ordering Party For Approval - Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 7. The Workshop Program Must Include: 1) A Short Description Of The Workshop Idea, 2) An Indication Of The Specific Goals Of The Workshops, Working Methods, A List Of Individual Thematic Blocks Of The Workshops Along With The Time Allocated To A Given Area, 3) A Description Of The Planned Learning Outcomes Along With The Criteria And Methods Of Their Verification - Learning Outcomes Should Be Described In A Way Understandable To People Starting Learning, They Should Be Specific And Unambiguous And Achievable, They Must Be Measurable, Observable And Verifiable. 8. The Contractor Will Prepare The Workshop Program In Polish, In A Paper Version (In A Compact/Bound Form) On The Template Provided By The Ordering Party (The Materials Must Be Marked With The Name Of The Workshop And The Name Of The Project And Provide Information About Co-Financing Of The Training From European Union Funds And Must Be Marked With The Logos Provided By The Ordering Party). 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize The Participants With The Program On The First Day Of The Workshops, Before They Start.10. The Contractor Will Conduct Workshops In Accordance With The Program Approved By The Ordering Party And The Schedule Provided To Him.11. The Contractor Will Receive An Attendance List On A Template Prepared By The Ordering Party - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Attendance List To Students (During Each Workshop Meeting) And Approve It With His Signature Confirming The Presence Of Students At The Workshops.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 1) Validation Of The Initial Qualifications And Competences Of The Workshop Participants; 2) Final Validation, In Order To Verify The Improvement Of Qualifications And Competences Of The Workshop Participants; And Submit The Results Of The Validation In A Validation Protocol (A Template Of Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party) - Within 5 Days From The Date Of The Last Workshop.13. The Ordering Party Informs That The Workshops Will Be Held At The Vocational Training Center, Ul. Strzegomska 49A, 53-611 Wroc aw. 14. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Conduct Workshops In Accordance With The Principle Of Non-Discrimination, Including On The Basis Of Gender, Disability, And Gender-Sensitive Language.
