1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Performance Of Surveying Works Necessary To Carry Out The Modernization Of Egib In The Scope Of Data Regarding: A) Land, Including The Boundaries Of: - Cadastral Districts, - Cadastral Plots, - Land Uses, Including Their Current Status And Markings, B) Real Estate Owners And Entities That Own Or Manage Land Of The State Treasury Or Local Government Units, As Well As Entities That, On The Basis Of Spontaneous Possession, Own Land For Which, Due To The Lack Of A Land And Mortgage Register, A Set Of Documents Or Other Documents, It Is Impossible To Determine Their Owners; 2) Participating In Information Meetings Organized By The Starosty For Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Area Covered By Egib Modernization. At The Meetings, The Contractor Will Present The Scope Of The Modernization Works Being Carried Out And The Schedule For Their Implementation; 3) Development And Presentation Of A Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Survey To Interested Parties, Participation In The Consideration Of Comments Submitted To This Project During Its Presentation And Performance Of Surveying Works Necessary To Introduce Changes To The Draft Survey Descriptive And Cartographic Resulting From The Included Comments; 4) Performance Of Surveying Works Necessary To Convert And Update Egib Data; Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of Surveying Works Related To The Modernization Of Egib Are Specified In The Provisions Of Chapter Iv And V, And Their Territorial Scope And Detailed Scope Are Determined By The Egib Modernization Project, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Sopz, Prepared For The District 0025 Puste Łąki, Registration Unit 143505_5 Wyszków, While The Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of Surveying Works Related To The Conversion And Updating Of Egib Data, As Well As The Scope Of These Works Are Specified In The Provisions Of Chapter Iv And Vii Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.2.
