Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Procurement Watch Website Procurement Watch is a project of Corruption Watch. The Procurement Watch project is a website that offers digital tools to make analysis of procurement data easier. The objectives of the Procurement Watch project are: Overall, to improve the ability to monitor procurement and contracting. To make procurement and contracting more transparent by presenting the data in a more readily searchable and understandable format than which it is supplied in. To develop digital tools that Corruption Watchs investigations team can utilize when receiving reports of alleged corruption. To make informational resources available that support civil society to understand procurement. Overview of the website The website entails five sections: App home, Tools, Analysis, Learn About Procurement and Terms and Conditions. There is a login process which makes use of a plugin. The site was built using Netlify. See attached presentation entitled Demo of Procurement Watch for more information. Scope of Work The assignment will entail: Once off: Update the CMS from Forestry to Tina.io. (https://tina.io/forestry/) Once off: Update the tool to read financial year as 2023/24 rather than 2023. Once off: Update the tool to add a category in expansions/deviations. Quarterly support to the CW team to ensure that data is deployed to the tool. Quarterly maintenance of tool to ensure security and updates are in order. Proposals and description of Tasks Interested Service providers are requested to submit their proposals by the 30th March 2024 adhering to the following requirements: Undertake some once off changes to the Procurement Watch website.
