Tenders are invited for Supply of Construction Materials in Malakal Eligibility and qualification requirements for companies only. Individually owned businesses are exempted from this eligibility criterion however, they must provide evidence for ownership of the shop/store/warehouse. Submissions should include valid registration and operation documents i.e. a. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Justice including the renewal stamps. b. Copy of Article of Memorandum of Association (showing the names of shareholders) c. Copy of Tax Identification Certificate d. Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate e. Copy of Operation Licence Copy of Valid chambers of commerce membership certificate. Tenderers shall in the Tender Submission Form attest that they meet the above eligibility criteria (valid registration and operation documents). If required by the Contracting Authority, the accepted Tenderer shall further provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Authority of its eligibility through certificates issued by competent authorities in its country of establishment or operation, or, if such certificates are not available, through a sworn statement. NB: Before the decision is made, the STI-South Sudan Tender Committee will visit the warehouse to ascertain the availability of the materials.
