Category Iii - Newly Constructed Walls And Brickwork, • Preparation Of The Surface For Cladding Or Painting On Existing Walls - Minor Repairs Of Defects, Removal Of Protruding Elements, Leveling The Surface With Leveling Mortar For Ceramic Tile Cladding, • Applying A Finishing Coat With Putty On The Walls - For Coatings Painting,• Applying A Plaster Of Putty On The Ceilings - For Painting,• Plastering Of Defects And Missing Plaster In Walls And Ceilings, Making Linings• Execution Of Cladding With Ceramic Tiles On The Walls Up To A Minimum Height Of 200 Cm• Preparation Of The Subfloor For Floors - Minor Repairs Of Defects , Removal Of Protruding Elements, Leveling The Surface With Leveling Mortar For Ceramic Tile Floors, • Construction Of Light Installation Casing, Risers, Ventilation Ducts From 12.5 Mm Thick Waterproof Plasterboards On A Metal Frame Made Of C, U 50 Profiles • Construction Of Ceramic Tile Floors • Replacement Internal Window Sills• Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And Switches• Installation And Adjustment Of Door Frames And Door Leaves• Installation Of Ventilation Grilles• Installation Of Fittings And Equipment In The Social Room• Painting Works - Painting Walls And Ceilings With Latex Paint With Prior Priming With A Priming Emulsion Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Specify:  Design Documentation - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.  Stwiorb – Annex No. 5 To The Swz,  Bill Of Quantities (Which Is Part Of The Design Documentation) – Annex No. 4 To The Swz.  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.1) Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature2) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Design Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works. 3) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of Attachments To The Swz, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer. 4) The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In Stwiorb, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documents .5) To Perform The Works, The Contractor Will Use Only Its Own Materials, Having The Required Approvals And Certificates, Which Will Be Required At The Final Acceptance Of The Works. When Selecting Materials, The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Should Be Taken Into Account. 6) During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Remove And Store All Auxiliary Equipment On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. 7) All Other Costs Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order (Utility Costs - Electricity, Water, Fees, Etc.) Necessary To Be Incurred In Order To The Proper Execution Of The Order Until Its Fault-Free, Protocol Acceptance By The Ordering Party Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 8) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Qualifications In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Will Keep A Construction Diary During The Implementation Period (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector Appointed By The Ordering Party. 9) Particular Caution Should Be Exercised And The Nuisance Related To The Work Carried Out Should Be Minimized, As The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor To The Date Final Acceptance Of The Works, 10) The Contractor Is Responsible For Carefully Reading The Order Documents. 11) All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.12) Guarantee And Warrantya) Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Minimum 36 Months. B) Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Minimum 36 Months. The Final Date Of The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Will Be Specified In The Contractors Offer.
