1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Administrative And Service Facility At Ul. Józefa Marka 9 In Limanowa To The Extent Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. Construction Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program - Edition 8. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of: 1) Design Activities Performed On The Basis Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program And Administrative Activities Consisting In On Such Activities Of The Contractor To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Documentation Prepared As Part Of This Task, Documents Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Construction Law; 2) Construction Works On The Subject Task In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Relevant Legal Provisions, Along With Authors Supervision. In This Respect, After The Demolition Of Existing Commercial And Service Buildings, In Particular: A) Earthworks, B) Reinforced Concrete Works (Foundations, Columns, Walls , Ceilings, Stairs),C) Masonry Works (External Walls, Partition Walls, Shafts, Ducts),D) Roof And Flat Roof,E) Thermal, Waterproof, Moisture-Proof, Acoustic Insulation,F) Joinery And Joinery (Windows, Doors, Balustrades) ),G) Facade Finishing Works,H) Internal Finishing Works (Wall And Ceiling Cladding - Plasters, Suspended Ceilings, Acoustic Ceilings, Painting Works, Cladding, Floors, Floors),I) Passenger Lift,J) Sanitary Installation Works (Connections And External And Internal Installations),K) Electrical, Telecommunications And Low-Current Installation Works (External And Internal Connections And Installations),L) Land Development Including Hardening Of The Area Intended For The Construction Site.3) Administrative Activities Consisting In Such Activities Of The Contractor So That - In In The Event Of An Existing Legal Obligation, He Obtained, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, As Part Of This Task, A Document Allowing The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including: Construction Law.3. As Part Of The Design Activities, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Develop/Obtain Other Documents, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Permits Required By Separate Regulations And Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Commissioning, Tests And Checks And To Develop As-Built Documentation, As Well As All Instructions, Signs And Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Investment And Required For The Proper Functioning Of This Type Of Facilities, Including Notifications And Notifications.
