1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Determining The Spatial Scope Of Electronic Materials Existing In The Database Of The System Used To Maintain Pzgik, Which Will Allow The Provision Of Public E-Services Of Spatial Information At A High Level Of Maturity And Will Enable Ongoing, Fully Automated Handling Of Notifications Of Surveying Works Carried Out By Surveying Contracting Units. A) The Order Also Includes Supplementing These Materials With Appropriate Descriptive Data In Accordance With 8 Section 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of April 2, 2021 On The Organization And Mode Of Managing The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 820): Name Of The Resource Material; Registration Identifier Of The Resource Material (If Missing); Date Of Acceptance Of The Material Into The Resource; Identification Of The Surveying Works Notification Or Contract Designation (If Missing); Determination Of The Data Format Of The Resource Material; Information About The Creator Of The Resource Material, In Accordance With The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 5 Section 2A Of The Act Of July 14, 1983 On The National Archival Resource And Archives (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 164); Information On Access To The Resource Material Other Information Regarding The Resource Material(B) In Addition, The Contractor Will Process The Forms And Will Supplement Existing Electronic Materials (Technical Reports) With Scans Of Documents Received From The Ordering Party: First Drafts Of Cadastral Maps (Blue Copies); Individual First Drafts Of Cadastral Maps; Legible Aerial Photographs; Measurement Outlines; Classification Maps;
