Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), Including - Sale And Distribution Of Gas For The Needs Of The Warmi sko-Mazurska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. In Olsztyn With A Forecast Volume Of Approximately 340,000 Kwh In The W-4 Tariff And Approximately 440,000 Kwh In The W-5 Tariff Over A Period Of 24 Months. Deliveries Will Take Place In The Period From May 1, 2024 To April 30, 2026 . Provided That: 1) The Condition For Commencement Of Deliveries Is The Effective Completion Of The Procedure For Changing The Seller (The Current Contractor) Or The Effective Notification Of The Agreement To The Dso And The Completion Of All Necessary Formalities, Including Those Required By Law, To Be Able To Effectively Conclude A Comprehensive Agreement For The Sale Of Gas Fuel With The New Seller (Contractor),2) Deliveries Will Take Place Until The Amount For Which The Contract Is Concluded Is Exhausted, But No Longer Than Until April 30, 2026.
